Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner
OISC is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. It is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry.
Global Visas is registered with the OISC at the highest immigration accreditation level possible, giving clients piece of mind, confidence and protection.
MARA
Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
Global Visas employs one Registered Migration Agent.
To maintain their registration, registered migration agents are required to undertake continuing professional development each year, in order to keep abreast of changing requirements and also to retain and improve their existing knowledge and practice skills.
As Global Visas employs a registered agent, all Global Visas employees must adhere with the professional standards, as set out in the Code of Conduct.
This certification affords our clients the peace of mind that their migration application is being dealt with by a reputable, highly skilled individual.

The Migration Institute of Australia is the professional association for Australian Migration service providers worldwide working together for the benefit of Australia.

British Standards Institute
BSI is the British Standards Institute. Global Visas has introduced and maintained the latest Quality Management System based on the model BS EN ISO 9001:2000 set out by the British Standards Institute.
Global Visas are regularly monitored and evaluated in accordance with this model, providing our customers with additional confidence in our service.

Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC)
We are proud to have a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant in our team, who is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Members name is Lakshmi Ranaweera.
CSIC is an independent and federally incorporated body operating in association with the Canadian federal government.
CSIC - Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants remains responsible for regulating all the activities of reputable Canadian immigration consultants like Global Visas who provide Canadian immigration advice.
In addition, the CSIC is responsible for ensuring on-going education and regular competency testing of all its members.
The Association of Immigration Practitioners of South Africa (AIPSA).
To practise South African immigration law the South African Department of Home Affairs require the consultant hold the correct licence and qualifications to provide advice.
